Malapascua Garden Resort

Free breakfast, quiet, staff was friendly and went out of the way to help.They had a dog that looked like my wife’s dog Manila, he slept on our door step, she felt right at home!!!!?Extended our check out time till afternoon, no charge!!!!

A few mosquitoes and flys, but they can’t control that, that’s nature!!!!

Short 8-10 minute walk to Bounty Beach. Well kept, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. AC worked really well. The front porch was perfect for drying our wet items after a day of diving.

The tv, we stayed there for 8 days and all 8 days tv no working, and when we asked them for cleaning room, towels not changed and bed sheets not changed

Lovely stay in Malapascua. Location top, staff very kind, everything super clean. We enjoyed the stay there.The only suggestion would be to renovate the furniture of the rooms, but that’s it.Lovely stay!

Very nice stay, near the dive shop and restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful. Nearby some karaoke but it's a small island so everything is. Great value to price. Bed was comfy. Garden was cute. Air con worked well. Nice room to hang out in when it rained.

Beautiful green garden with birds and flowers. The breakfast (omelette) was good. And the staff very friendly! I even extended my stay with 2 more nights.

The staff is great and very friendly. The location is good; the island isn't big, and everything is close by. The breakfast is good.

No mats beside the bed, and the room was not as expected. We also couldn’t get the tv to work

I think water at the resort is from a deep well, even though you showered it still has a feeling of not being clean. noisy neighbors.

Very convenient location. Five mins walk to the beach and to our favourite vegan restaurant too

Large rooms with good air conditioning. Shower water was hot with not bad water pressure, though a little salty as with all the water on Malapascua. Staff was helpful and allowed us to have breakfast late even past 10am.

The taps outside the rooms seem to be on some sort of timer? The water will abruptly stop while we’re washing our sandy footwear and have to wait a few minutes for the water to come back.

Nice clean rooms with balconies around a quiet garden. Good location, a few minutes from the beach.

Basic but fine homestay. Nicely located close to the main beach.

Matrasses are pretty hard.

The garden is quite beautiful with trees, flowers and sunshine. The room is clean and spacious with a big bed and long couch. Air conditioning is quiet .The restroom is spacious and clean.It’s just the light which is not bright enough.Roosters start working early in the morning. But it’s all the same if you live in the village .you can choose to stay along the beach which will be much quieter.

Facilities were basic but clean & acceptable. Rooms are set in nice garden & each has a seating area outside room which is nice. In comparison with other hotels in area (all of which look very basic), this hotel stands out as one of the best.

Loo didn’t flush so well, maybe that’s common problem. Shower was functional.

Clean affordable room short walk to Bounty beach and good breakfast on covered patio.Office can arrange motor scooter rental delivered to hotel. Aircon, Wifi and hot water shower acceptable.Property does have nice gardens atmosphere and quiet setting.

No refrigerator or electric kettle in room.

Location is good. Very accessible to beaches and places to eat. Rooms were good size, good Aircon, good WiFi.

Breakfast was very average. Not much choice and had a choice of coffee OR juice. Not both, that was extra! This was kinda the feel of our whole stay. Our 4 year old daughter wasn't entitled to breakfast as she was free. They changed this when we complained. Towels were only changed every 2 days. The transfer they arranged for us to pick us up from Cebu airport didn't arrive, so we had to sort our own out. When we pointed this out, they just said "oh, the driver arrived at 11am", which was 3 hours late!!Over all, it felt like the resort was built lavishly, but is now being run on a shoestring.
